  Sometimes you need to stop and smell the coffee. The employees looked so rushed which I don't blame them, the line wasn't long but they are on standby all hands on deck mode. So why am I bringing this up, follow me. I ordered a Wake Up Wrap, by itself one small wrap is over $2.20. (I believe it's over priced for what it is) ok so let's move on. The nice colorful menu monitor flashing all the nice different breakfast meals had a special. It stated 2 for $2 on the Wake Up Wraps. I would think that the cashier would state, did you want the 2 for $2 special? I ordered by coffee and went to counter to add sugar and they did not add the creamer that I had asked for. Therefore back I went to ask for creamer.
  My question would be, do you sacrifice accuracy for speedy service or customer service? I understand completely if there was a big line. The positive, when I asked for creamer it was handed to me with a smile and not a rush. My hats off to all the employees there, I know that they are trying their best to serve everyone quickly. So give them a smile, thank them for your breakfast and maybe they will feel that they can slow down and serve that delicious cup of coffee.

  Wow! What miserable, horrible, people work here. Then again, what should I expect for the Cleveland airport. Actually ordered, then canceled because I was certain that they wouldn't get simple order right. Wasn't worth the aggravation.

  So it's at the airport... 2 stars for the donut which are always decent but was pretty cold temperature wise. Maybe 1 star for the service, which wasn't bad per say but the cashier was on their phone when I walked up and waited, then forgot my order literally 15 seconds after I gave. It's a pretty easy thing to happen I guess, and not in the least bit inconvenient for me, it's just kind of silly in my opinion. Would recommend to be a tad more focused.

  Terrible! Terrible! Go to Cinnabon next door! They did not have small cups, no cassaunts, hard coffee rolls and no napkins! This was an 8:30 am flight. No stock on a Tuesday mourning! Poorly managed. When I returned the stale coffee roll she questioned me until I took it out an showed her.

  Service was fast but when you get a cream filled doughnut they are only joking about the "filled" part.
